A great day in Chateau Adams in West Belfast and Scargill Towers in Barnsley as the death of the infamous Derek "Red Robbo" Robinson is announced, leaving the pair of the to fight it out for the title of the last surviving anti-Thatcherite.

Red Robbo: Trade unionist Derek Robinson dies, aged 90 - BBC News

Mushroom would like to convey his sincerest commiserations to Club Retard TDs, members and supporters throughout Ireland on their great loss.

I wonder will long-time hearse-addict Gerry tear himself away from his Stormont grandstanding to attend the funeral?

The nastiness in that for those who have mentally disabled people in their families is cutting.

Derek Robinson was a great trade union leader. My uncle worked at British Leyland and said Robinson got the workers great deals there.

Until Thatcher destroyed British manufacturing.

Should stop giving the op the oxygen of a reply. And the oxygen of actual oxygen. Obnoxious and reactionary trolling that belongs in the zoo.

My sympathies to Mr Robinson's family.
They can have some consolation from the fact that today, the radical left has never been stronger
Jeremy Corbyn is leading the Labour Party and is, clearly, a Prime Minister in waiting. His era changing manifesto has spurred a new generation to the struggle for equality.
Meanwhile, Thatcher's Tory Party is festering like a pus filled sore, oozing sleaze, hatred and misery. It is crumbling, soon to be flushed into the dustbin of history.
Farewell Derek Robinson, socialist warrior, you fought the good fight and we salute you.
