This 20bn annually that the rich and corporations would supposedly miss, like orders of magnitude more money isn't laundered here by and for international tax evaders through shell companies.
What €20 billion? Look, every suggestion you've made has been shown to be nonsense. Probably your silliest was to increase taxes on profits at a time when most companies were making losses. Yeah, that'll fix things alright.

This €20bn figure SPN is pulling out of his rear-end as an excuse to avoid the issue of public underfunding.
