You make accusations, fool, try backing them up.
You are a barefaced LIAR

He was on the WR council for over a year. When he ran for executive the press found homophobic quotes and he stood down. Him murdering someone was grand though.

Del Boy has never been convicted of murder and neither has anybody been at WR, now go away fool, you are embarrassing yourself.
Correct. It was reduced to manslaughter. I'll concede that.

HaHa,
From rte.ie and I quote,

"The PRPW questioned how Fiji Rugby Union chairman Francis Kean, who was convicted of manslaughter in 2007, was appointed to the World Rugby Council".
I know its hard for a thick cant like yourself to understand the difference between manslaughter and murder but ask your carer, am sure they will help.

HaHa,
Poor stanley!
"PRPW submits this alleged agreement may amount to bribery and that it suggests that the election was deliberately manipulated," it said.

I know its difficult for you but look up the meaning of the word "alleged"

This lobby group has historic reasons to complain to WR about tier 1 Nations and is listened to but phrases such as "colonial entitlement" does not lend themselves to gain full respect.

I should have posted that Kean was convicted of manslaughter, not murder.
When you are in a hole, stop digging.

Give up posting on Rugby, you know SFA about it and just put up random headlines you do not fully understand, same with drugs in sport, same with football, same with FAI/Del Boy.

Imagine a convicted killer was on the World Rugby Council.
The Sunday Times uncovered the story.
Francis Kean was the man in question.
Kean backed Bill Beaumont to become World Rugby Chairman,
He might even have seconded Beaumont!
France Rugby backed Kean for a position on the World Rugby Executive Committee,
Why did they back a convicted killer?

Interesting piece.
What was the connection between Kean and French thugby?

“World Rugby takes all allegations of behaviour that is not in keeping with the sport’s strong and inclusive values and bye-laws extremely seriously,” read a World Rugby statement. “While it is important to stress that any allegations must be validated, following dialogue with World Rugby, the Fiji rugby union recognises the seriousness of the allegations made and the need for them to be fully investigated, and that it is in the best interests of the sport that Mr Kean steps down from the council and his executive committee candidature be withdrawn.”

Homophobia bad. Kicking a man to death for insulting him. Meh.

Do you think if he wasn't head of the Fijian navy and his brother Prime Minister that the charges would have been reduced?

It seems that the only witness to the killing was also killed!
Lovely lads and World Rugny turned a blind eye!

Quite simple really, once World Rugby got the full picture on Kean, he was dumped and replaced, end of.

Kean was never near the finances, his motivation was supposed power and esteem.

Sepp Blatter and Del Boy continued on for years and TMK have never been involved in manslaughter charges although one could never be certain on Blatter.

Certainly making Kean out to be a murderer for something that happened around his military career and his association with PM of Fiji and smearing World Rugby with it is very far fetched, WR found out about his past and he got dumped, pronto.

It does seem Kean had control over the Fiji RU and a lot of untruths were flying about but when WR got on the case properly, he was dealt with.

Now go use Google to find another article but this time read it all and try, your best, to understand it.

HaHa,
Did World Rugby not know about his past back in 2015?
