It also sends an awful message to multinationals that some people are untouchable in this country.
Multinationals have poured into Ireland since FF blew the Celtic Tiger apart and have picked the flesh off the bones, the 3 funds involved with QBRC will probably have a long term exit strategy but are sitting very pretty on how their investment has gone so far.

Daddy knows the value but then again those nasty people in the IRA might want a lump sum payment especially if their annual dividend has not been forthcoming.

"Mr Quinn was seen driving around Quinn Industrial Holdings last Tuesday, even though he has received numerous requests and a solicitor's letter to stay away".

Daddy really does not give a fck what anyone does, he has "other" backing, really is time the Govt back QIH and US backers and simply lock him up + once and for all tell him the 22% he thinks is his, actually is not, if this means dragging him and his kids back into Court, so be it.

Daddy does not think the Law applies to him, operates to a different tune.

"When Quinn decided to move part of his family’s wealth offshore, into real estate in Russia and India, it was Lunney he sent to scout out opportunities".

Powerful article.

If Daddy thinks Lunney was the guy who co-operated with the Courts and Liquidator in tracking down the infamous overseas assets designed to be non traceable and the comfort zone for the family wealth, it could well explain why Lunney is singled out for special treatment.

Let's hope this story around intimidation is heeded before someone ends up dead around QIH, they are one step away.

Future inward investment is as stake should anything illegal happen to the US investors, is it now one in four jobs is dependent on such investment.

HaHa,
You're some hypocrite.
You still haven't condemned World Rugby for having a convicted killer on its Council.
I've asked you a dozen times or more but you're ashamed of WR!

Go away, you fool, have already stated he should not have been on WRC which came automatic as President of FRU but when he tried to get elected to WRC Executive, he failed as his past got fully exposed.
HaHa,
You still haven't condemned WR for having a convicted killer on its Council.
Why?

HaHa,
You never condemned your beloved WR for having a convicted killer on its Council.
Why?
Have already answered fully on Rugby thread but you post anywhere as you are a fool.

Have felt it necessary to report to Mods - dumb harassment

Funny there’s a article in the Fermanagh Hearld from the Trade Union calling BS on this after an investigation where they confirmed NO employees had stated they felt intimidated. And that QIH management need to stop fabricating stories and trying to use the employees in their fight with Sean Quinn. They never learn!!

Bollocks. It obviously passed over the heads of the stupid numbskulls in the union that the company's senior management, (who have felt threatened "by unnamed suspects" for years now) are also employees.
And maybe before sticking their oar in it should have occurred to these clowns that when SQ was in charge his employees were intimidated from joining a union which is why they never got past the door in that company. Union? More like a shower of useless fukkwits.....................

There were no trade unions in his business, nor was any employee paid a salary. Everyone was paid according to productivity.

Yeah your right, they should get with the program!! What were they thinking of clarifying that none of their members were intimidated when there was claims of staff intimidation. When they see a claim like that I’m sure most TU’s would turn a blind eye rather than investigating.

Trade unions don't represent senior management who are also staff. Stop pushing a lie before it falls on your head and destroys the few brains you were endowed with.
By the way, you didn't respond to the second part. Sean Quinn didn't trust unions enough to allow them in the door. Now one of his lackeys is using them as "evidence" of the conspiracy against him. Ffs! You guys haven't the wit to wash your faces properly.

Yes, people like the IRA are bang in the middle of this, lads are owed and thought they had an income for life, business is still going but they ain't earning.
Not true either. "Dublin Jimmy" was connected to the Canary Wharf bomb, but pursued a straight-forward criminal course after the Troubles ended. But he was brazen enough to take the Provos for a ride on his JCB.
Living in Enniskillen, not far from where he operated I was well aware that he was one of the local hoods operating nearby, years before the national media picked up on him, but wasn't aware of the link to the QIH intimidation until it became commonly known.
It was household knowledge in certain quarters that he was the original JCB ATM thief around 2010/11. When he was imprisoned in the Netherlands that all stopped and it became obvious.
But let's not glamourise the man. He was a fat, dim, vicious slob of a man, whose lifestyle caught up with him before Irish cops could.
Hopefully his death has ended this peculiarly Irish tragedy, which was beginning to resemble a John B Keane play.........................
Bitterness often consumes us on this bleak island at times.

It very much sounds like the Fermanagh Herald are very selective in what they report and very much in the Sean Quinn camp, you too can be selective and make the FH the paper of choice when cleaning your arse.

Catch yourself on. Are you really as simple to believe this was anything other than the usual tit for tat crap coming from both sides recently to try and blacken the others name. If they had mentioned the trespassing alone they might have had a point. But that wasn’t a big enough story for them so they come up with the intimidation crap. I can imagine how intimidating a 70 yr old Man driving along a mountain is. If you can’t accept that for the BS it is then I suggest you start counting your own braincells. Shouldn’t take long.

The Hearld ran the other story the week before as well. So I’d suggest they aren’t that selective at all. Maybe giving both sides. But I can see how that wouldn’t sit well with you.

As always, you've proved the rule that when someone's argument is torn apart all they are left is a lot of bluster, and imbecilic insults........
I will not waste any more time refuting your thick pointless pursuit of lies. It's like watching someone trying to sell bullshit to a farmer. :)
