Disgusting timing from the establishment. Let there be no doubt at how low these animals will go to protect these elitist golden circle types.

Anyone reading reports from this trial will not be surprised.

The bungling of the Gardai and prosecution was staggering , the judge had no choice.

Why was an inexperienced prosecutor in this field appointed in the first place?

I think it was more the Gardai that messed this up , the judge had no choice whatsoever , does not even go to jury , the judge will inform the jury tomorrow that they must acquit , the investigation was so bungled serious questions will have to be asked of the Gardai(yet again).

Fitzpatrick is facing no more charges and as far as the state in concerned that is it as far as Seanie is concerned.

The timing of the decision when a calamity has occurred in Manchester is no coincidence. Shame on our politicians for taking this tragic opportunity to deflect from their own failings.

Bungled is the wrong word.
