The gutter London media cheer leading the Brexiteer agenda.

The Brexiteer arse lickers with their gloating about the anti-EU agenda.
It's a big problem for you globalist lads once she's gone.

My guess is after the October elections in Germany which will see AfD gains at CDU/CSU expense.

Angela Merkel’s conservative allies in the German state of Bavaria are facing losses in regional elections as their support is eroded by far-right populists.

The Christian Social Union (CSU), which has enjoyed six decades of dominance in the state, is predicted to suffer heavy losses in the vote on 14 October.

A recent opinion poll predicted the CSU could lose nearly 13 per centage points as voters flock to the anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD)

Abso-freaking-lutely.

Merkel has to go. She's destroying Europe with her insane open borders madness.

Completely supported by her party CDU and the Bavarian CSU I should add.

So they deserve to go down this month.

It is the English racist Brexiteers and their arse licking supporters that are the problem.

They will have most of Eastern Europe back behind a new iron curtain under Putin and the UK becoming the 51st state of the US under Trump in no time if they have their way.

If they do that will largely be Merkel's doing, why not apportion blame where it actually belongs, Brexit wouldn't even be a thing but for her folly and arrogance.

Merkel was the one who got Brexit over the line. I think her decision to open the borders to so many unvetted and unskilled fighting age males resonated in the UK as well as Germany.

Farage's 'Breaking Point' poster, which got so much criticism but which even Remain admit, focused the debate on immigration at a critical time, showed migrants who had been invited into Europe by Angela Merkel.

Most of the Germans I know who have turned against Merkel have done so for financial reasons. The future does not bode well for a country with 15 million taxpayes (excluding civil servants) and a population of 82 million (and an escalating social welfare burden).

I don't know any Brexiteers so cannot comment on that other than offer conjecture.

That is a very interesting comment.

Is the future then a very bitter battle between the haves and the have nots?

Difference being the "haves" and their families have paid taxes to build and run such hospitals, schools, etc as we have, from a near standing start 100 years ago.

Family members may even have "died for ireland".

But, same as the brexit-loving north of england, a large minority never got rich, and don't see why immigrants/ refugees / should jump the Q that they are still at the back of.

It's not racism, it's just good old fashioned insular resentment.

It certainly looks as though that will be the case.

The more social support is stripped back, the more resentment evolves among those who have paid into the system all of their lives. In The Netherlands and Germany, the burden upon workers and small entrepreneurs continues unabated, whilst multi-nationals enjoy privileged tax status. The whole system is becoming a joke.

Well this is nothing new. It has plenty of precedent. I can recall hearing -- and later seeing, the old men sleeping in cardboard boxes around Leicester Square and Picadilly in Thatcher's London back in the 80's. It also got big television coverage. Only afterwards I was thinking to myself. Pensioner in 1980... they would have been part of the old Liberal party's Cradle-to-Grave socialism brought in early on in the century. So they must have had money deducted from their paycheques right throughout their working lives.
Sad, but it didn't do them much good once they needed it when their turn came round.

CSU loses majority

Europe Elects on Twitter:

AfD on 11%. Greens on 18%

Disaster for SPD

18-Uhr-Prognosen: CSU stürzt auf ca. 35 % ab. Grüne bis zu 19 %. AfD 11 %. SPD evtl. nur einstellig. FDP muss um 5-%-Hürde zittern, Linke draußen. Noch ist unklar, ob es für eine Sitzmehrheit für CSU und Freie Wähler reichen wird. #ltwby
