Harris has a less than ringing endorsement of Cowen's premiership in the Indo.

He touches on his own alcohol addiction and Cowen's love of the sauce, his inability to communicate, his love of "due process" and failure to rout waste including the largesse of the political class and well connected to themselves and the lack of inspiration and leadership under his watch.

He's obviously seen the change in wind direction and is tacking his future (what remains of it) elsewhere. In light of his previous contributions has he been hit on the head? It seems altogether too reasonable an analysis. Where has he been hiding that?

Typical Harris, running with the hare, hunting with the hounds. At present seeking out a new benefactor. A vomit inducing hypocrite.

I posted here a few days ago that Harris would drag in Churchill and Biffo to this debate. And so he did, but he realises now that the game is up for Biffo, and dont forget the O Reilly thing and Waterford. So Eoghan is of "the King is dead, Long live the new King" brigade. He always wants to be on the winning side. I feel sort of sad for him, end of a career just like Biffo.

Harris advocating a 20% salary cut for his own part-time job. I would say 60% would be fairer for the Seanad layabouts and 50% for the Dail

Does he accept that the public blame the political class for presiding over the abuse of the public purse? And, if so, why does he not eat humble pie, cut his own salary by 20 per cent and demand that all TDs and senators do the same before the next Budget?

Harris has covered every shade of political opinion in this country between the breakdowns.
He was appointed by Bertie for being such a successful sycophant.

Why anyone gives a damn about his multiple personality opinions is beyond me, but then again an empty vessel makes most noise
This country has the most fertile ground for sycophants. The place is theming with them. Especially the political class and public service. I hope this idiot is seen for what he is but I can't imagine he will.

This guy was probably most responsible with his late late appearance, for the election of the current government. Can you just imagine if the alternative had been elected just on the cusp of a collapse of our economy!!!. Can you just image that muppet Bertie talking about leaving the economy in great shape and the FG/Lab coalition wrecking it.
At least this way they are cought with their own mess, hopefully it will see them in oppositon for an entire generation.
Go, for God's sake go!!! and take Harris with you.

An FFer throwing a damaged leader under the bus is not "jumping ship" (to hopelessly mix my transportation metaphors and split my infinitives). It is merely an FFer doing what they always do - engaging in an act of self-preservation.

I wonder what road Corcoran, Harris and Sindo will go down next Sunday due to Biffo's reinvented belated persona about jobs, we always knew he had it ,only in times of adversity dies it come out mantra. The real Churchill is finally standing up, I expect !
