Wonder how the Bluebots will spin this? "FF was never at 12%", "We knew all along that FF was doing better than 12%", "SF is not really at 30%"? FGHQ will have to issue new talking points and scripts. The pig-ignorant bullshit about polling and methodologies will be funnier than usual. :) They'll might even have to roll out the TommyO'Brien excuse about it being a "rogue poll".

Yawn. Try respecting other people's viewpoints, and people might in turn respect yours.

Irish politics is now a three party game.. but there's only room for two big elephants in the room

SF look pretty much to have solidified the 25% they got in February, which FF and FG supporters here put down to being no more than a protest vote

I know here in Tipp, that a couple if hundred new members have signed up, and thats before the party have done a big on the ground membership drive, because of Covid. The next locals will be very interesting

" Green Party minister Catherine Martin says she was not aware she had appointed a convicted former drug dealer to advise her on night-time entertainment"

A great move would be for Catherine Martin to push for the legalisation of drugs..All the narcotics her adviser was dealing a generatiin back if made under license are safer then alcohol. The only country still gungho behind the unwinnable 'war on drugs' is the deeply dysfunctional USA. It allows them to forge a proxy race war against Blacks and other minorities, exploit mass slave labour in its teeming 'prison industrial industry, suits its merchant banks who are experts at laundering dirty drug money, distabilises Latin America stopping them reaching their potential etc and more easly to manipulate by the neocon imperialists in Washington (the template from their heroes the Brit imperiliasits immasculating the far east with opium).

SF is ultra woke, why can't they show leadership in this ultra important social matter?

Interesting post on Twitter about this B&A opinion poll:

MoE 3.3%.
Next election will probably be October/November 2024.
SF is polling at >50% of under 25s and at less then 10% of voters over 70s (Section 31 brainwash indoctrination).
So 6.6% of the current electorate who overwhelmingly vote FFG will no longer be around.
The reality that counts is that SF are on 33% and FFG numbers are on 45-46% ( and these numbers are somewhat inflated with genepool, Naughton support). In 2024 SF will be running 80 candidates and FFG - unless their merger is officially constituted) will be running at least 130. That should give the shinners a bit of a seat bonus and 70TDs. 39% in a fragmented election could give SF the magical overall majority and thats what the party should be building for (a second candidate in Clare, perhaps a Listowel and Kilarney running mate for Pa Daly)

Especially for the Greens, given that I believe they got the easy to get vote bonus of some new voters and possibly some pissed off Labour people. Not performing well in Government and the fragmentation will see them lose a lot of council seats.

Another trick that the Greens are learning from their FFFG masters...............

Juno McEnroe is to become a press adviser to Catherine Martin.

In recent years a number of other Leinster House based journalists have made the difficult journey from being non-aligned / independent "Journalists" to working for Government parties.

HBAP............... At the end of the show, which party of the three will be more contaminated by the other, and will their time in Government see the Greens splinter into a thousand parts?

It is not a question about respecting viewpoints. You were simply wrong. You are entitled to your own viewpoints even if they are factually wrong. However, people will point out that they are wrong and, as such, it isn't about respect for "viewpoints". What really seems to irritate you is the fact that after all your bluster about polling and methodologies, you were wrong and I was right again.

ODea now accusing Humphreys of a discriminatory policy.

This is getting wild. Gavin Reilly just moving him from one criticism to another.

Why would "bluebots" do any of the above?

He gets it wrong on many occasions....the latest was he pretended that the Residential Tenancies and Evaluation Bill, was in the agreed PFG.
It was not....but that won't stop his hissy fits.
