Shine was Trump's 6th Communications director, but Trump blamed him for the poor Job Approval numbers. Clearly, The Donald feels his message is not getting through.
Apparently Trump thought he was getting Roger Ailes but instead got Roger Ailes lackey.

You could see how it could happen. After all this is the man who complained when the White House Lawyer wouldn't do his dirty work "Where's my Roy Cohn?".

Shine, of course, was another Fox Executive accused of sexual abuse of women at the station.

The White House seems to be a refuge for former Fox execs trailing misogyny, Tucker Carlson may be the next.

Carlson, who was hired by Fox News in 2009, also used sexist language [on tape] to talk about women, including then-co-workers at NBC and public figures. He referred to Martha Stewart’s daughter Alexis Stewart as “****y,” called journalist Arianna Huffington a “pig,” and labeled Britney Spears and Paris Hilton “the biggest white whores in America.” He also said that women enjoy being told to “be quiet and kind of do what you’re told” and that they are “extremely primitive.”
Junior Trump, of course, loves it. Obviously, a bid for the votes of all women who like to do what they are told.

Trump Jr. defends Tucker Carlson: 'This is how to handle the outrage mob'

Apparently, Carlson wants women to come on his show and explain to him why they think he is wrong.

Of course he's lying about the timing of such POVs and more notably with whom he did:
Tucker Carlson, the 49-year-old Fox News primetime star, does not believe in treating women like men. In particular, as he told the founder of a designated hate group, he does not believe adult women who have sex with underage boys should be considered rapists.

“Here’s what I’m for,” Carlson told Gavin McInnes, founder of the Proud Boys, in a 2015 podcast interview (the video of that chat was uploaded in Jan. 2017). “I’m for treating women differently from the way we treat men. I’m not for playing along at all.”
Tucker Carlson Also Defended Statutory Rape in 2015

"Tucker" reminds me of 'Spaulding Smails' from Caddyshack as a real life caricature cocktail of the worst stereotypes of a manor-born gated community WASP.

The only thing less cool than Spaulding is if you actually watch and enjoy his show but pathetically enough FOXians do so. What can't be laughed at Tucker's expense like Spaulding is that he trades profitably in nativist white supremacy including its violent subsets and looks upon women like Islamists do.

It gets worse.

Some of Carlson's comments broadcast bigotry & racism ("Iraq is full of ... primitive monkeys") , as well as misogyny. Apparently, Media Matters are drip-feeding the audio tapes.

More Of Carlson's Vile 'Naughtiness' Revealed On Tape

Incidentally, Carlson's use of the c-word in relation to a woman is being excused as "a joke" by right wing pundits .... the same ones who piled on Samantha Bee for using the same word in relation to Ivanka Trump. Bee apologized, Carlson has no intention of doing so.

Should Carlson be ejected by Fox (apparently, advertisers are not happy), a job in Trump's White House seems appropriate.

There's a vacancy after Bill Shine (Roger Ailes' 'fixer') left the Communications Director gig.

Under Trump's plan, the national debt is expected to increase by 40% over the next 10 years, from $22 trillion to $31 trillion.

Anyone know what happened Trumps election pledge to eliminate deficit and the debt?

Barbie Trump (Ivanka) went further and said Daddy's big tax gift to the already wealthy would eliminate the entire national debt

2007 is the last time this occasion saw two white guys meeting in the Oval Office.

Not only that, it is the final betrayal by Trump of the people who elected him - the white working class. He has no intention of providing any social safety net to his followers, or infrastructure investment, or better Healthcare.

Trump's capitulation to the agenda of the Republican donor elite (who think only they deserve public money) reverses his 2016 promises to provide "great Healthcare", "infrastructure investment" and "defend Medicare".

The poor saps he conned may not even realise it, as he bamboozles them with a wall to nowhere.

Trump's budget cuts spending on vets, farmers, students, seniors, and the poor

Give big tax breaks to the rich and then cut spending on vets, farmers, students, seniors, and the poor. What’s not to like?

The US in 'Trump Country' is now in Second and even Third World status in many parts.

The economist describes a two-track economy with on the one hand 20 per cent of the population that is educated and enjoys good jobs and supportive social networks. On the other hand, the remaining 80 per cent, he said, are part of the US’ low-wage sector, where the world of possibility has shrunk and people are burdened with debts and anxious about job security.

. . . much of the low-wage sector had little influence over public policy, the high-income sector was keeping wages down to provide cheap labour, social control was used to prevent subsistence workers from challenging existing policies and social mobility was low. Mr Temin also claims that this dual-economy has a “racist” undertone. . . . “Without a robust middle class, America is not only reverting to developing-country status, it is increasingly ripe for serious social turmoil that has not been seen in generations.”
An MIT economist says the US has regressed to a developing nation status

That said, as that article notes, the GOP machine through its operations including its media like 'Trump TV' (FOX News) and radio talk shows has perfected the craft of using racism to get 'Trump Country' to vote against its own interests, e.g.,
Study: You Can Get Whites to Oppose Welfare With This One Weird Trick
Why More White Americans Are Opposing Government Welfare Programs

This toxicity goes back to the nation's original sin of slavery and white supremacy where the old Democrats (today's GOP) used it get poor whites to vote against their own interests and even to be cannon fodder in the US Civil War for the Plantation class. Kevin Williamson, an anti-Trump conservative, pointed this out correctly for its ongoing effects today.

It wasn’t Beijing. It wasn’t even Washington, as bad as Washington can be. It wasn’t immigrants from Mexico . . .

Nothing happened to them. There wasn’t some awful disaster. There wasn’t a war or a famine or a plague or a foreign occupation. Even the economic changes of the past few decades do very little to explain the dysfunction and negligence — and the incomprehensible malice — of poor white America.
. . .
The white American underclass is in thrall to a vicious, selfish culture whose main products are misery and used heroin needles. Donald Trump’s speeches make them feel good. So does OxyContin. What they need isn’t analgesics, literal or political. They need real opportunity . . .

Trump up early and tweeting like a madman, however I find this tweet very interesting

How do you impeach a man who is considered by many to be the President with the most successful first two years in history, especially when he has done nothing wrong and impeachment is for “high crimes and misdemeanors”?

This is Trump putting his hand up and accepting bad sh*t is coming his way, but that bad sh*t may fall short of "high crimes and misdemeanours"
So he is priming people to forgive and largely disregard a myriad of bad shit as a worthwhile price to pay for "a man who is considered by many to be the President with the most successful first two years in history"

Classic scam artist tactic
"Oh you have probably seen that i had previously been involved in some publicised incidents of fraud and illegality.
These claims have been greatly exaggerated and are being used to distract people from the current brilliant job I am doing and dissuade people from investing in my brilliant product that will make them immensely wealthy"

TBH, I think Nancy Pelosi has called a halt to Impeachment speculation for the moment, so Trump can rant and rave all he likes.

Pelosi comes out against impeaching Trump: 'He's just not worth it'

She was around for the Clinton impeachment and knows how it works. Impeachment did not do Clinton any harm, and there is no hope of removing Trump from office as long as a bunch of weak and cowardly Republican Senators can keep him there.

Pelosi also knows that the drip-feed of scandals and investigations will do Trump a lot more damage than an Impeachment that would not succeed, and would just suck the energy out of the other corruption cases.

So unless Mueller produces a report that is a slam-dunk and cries out for just retribution, rocking the GOP to its core, I do not think the Democrats will be rushing into Impeachment territory.

In a country like America that should surprise no one as the people are so diverse. Are you so pathetic enough to try and claim it as some sort of victory when anyone with a tiny bit of common sense would realise that statistically the odds are against two white men meeting in the Oval Office on St Patrick Day ?

Not so - there have been 44 Presidents of the USA, all of them white except 1. There have been 17 Taoiseaigh, all them white, except 1.

So the chances of a two non-whites simultaneously is 1/(17 *44).

Chances of (White President) (Non-White Taoiseach) at the annual St Patricks Day Meeting is (43/44)*(1/17) = 0.057, or odds of about 17 to 1.

If such a rare event happens for over ten years in succession it means that a significant shift has happened - and it certainly has, when a black man is President of the US for eight years, and the gay son of an Indian immigrant is Irish Taoiseach for two years ....

Basically, it means the world has changed a lot in the last few years. Better get over it.

Didn't Enda Kenny meet Trump at the 2017 shamrock summit. Unless of course you mean Trump being Orange? Maybe Orange is the new Black after all.
