What would those aspects be ?
This troll really isn't worth bothering with.

There may be such a coherent thing as "black culture" in the US, but in Europe, black is little more than a skin colour. Black people living in Europe come from an enormous variety of cultures. You might as well speak of "Eurasian culture".

Oh pull the other one. They are scam artists and you know it. All the virtue signalling in the world won't change that but all that really matters to people like you is the likes that you get for your posts and the backslapping you and your pals do in Starbucks over a soy latte congratulating each other on how ''woke'' you all are.
Sweet Jesus, but suggesting Clanrickard is a right-on, virtue-signalling leftie snowflake is too funny.

Indeed, but I'm still interested in the poster's answer.

There are some common threads..
Clothing is like a street uniform. It helps identify peer and rival gang members. Stylized gang clothing is a non-verbal way of indicating gang membership.
Some common gang attire, such as the three-quarter-length cutoff pants and knee-high socks, has become a popular dress style for many young people throughout the country. Many of these young people are not gang members. When a non-gang member wears gang-type clothing, real gang members can believe that the wearer is involved in a gang and may put the wearer of gang clothing in harm’s way.

Other gangs prefer baggy or “sagging” pants or baseball caps turned at an angle. Some wear particular brands of shoes, pants, shirts or professional sports gear.
The above from USA.

In London .... Met Police chief Cressida Dick declares war on 190 gangs behind violence in London | London Evening Standard

In Dublin... Blanchardstown - Residents living in Fear as new gang culture takes shape

In this kind of macho tribal society, the women live separately and raise their kids as single mothers dependant on social welfare. It can work as a subset society within a larger more co-operative society. But like any parasite, it cannot thrive without a host.

There is no 'black culture' in Ireland.

You have mistaken black culture in the US as transferable into Europe. Black people in the US all come from one source -slavery. And along side that comes the stigma of slavery.

European blacks come from a myriad of sources. From my years of living in England the biggest bone of contention with black people is that a sizable proportion of English people don't accept them as English.

The above is kind of what I expected. You'd think these were the first gangs of teenagers in Ireland.

That's kind of what I expected too. You should take a listen to Ryan Tubridy's radio show yesterday where he interviewed a Nigerian man who was talking about discrimination against black people in this country (ie real racism). One point that he made is that the traditional cultures that these people come from in Nigeria and elsewhere in Africa, their governments provide no social welfare. So, they either work or starve. They want to work here. This man had to drop the traditional Nigerian sounding last part of his name, leaving his name sounding French, before he could get an interview and a job.

Sadly, I'll have to skip on your suggestion, as I can only take about 60 seconds of Ryan Turgidy before nausea sets in.

But yes, its sometimes interesting to look at traditional African society. These societies have existed for tens or even hundreds of thousands of years, much longer than any western european civilisation.

The Maasai...
The Maasai that I was assigned to explained a bit about their environment and their culture. It was very interesting to hear him share this with us.
Every woman is entitled to have one man only. On the other hand, men are entitled to have several women.
The men stay in many houses whereas the women only stay in one house with the children.
The culture is for teenage boys to live together in a large hut or boma, separate from their mothers and sisters, where they can all hang out together and learn to be tough and macho. But eventually, at some stage, they are expected to settle down and do some work (watching cattle graze) otherwise the society would break down.

The Zulu culture...
It is the duty of the wife to bring the children up and children are taught from an early age to respect elders and never speak unless spoken to. There is a complete lack of familiarity between father and son.

The wives are subservient to the husbands, bringing them their food before retiring to their own quarters.
The Zulus were essentially a massive gang culture that expanded their range throughout southern Africa until eventually they came face to face with the British army rifleman. Their descendants live on in the region though.
Gotta feel sorry for this guy..
A charity worker was stabbed to death in a robbery at his South African apartment where only his phone was taken.
Retired school principal John Curran was discovered with multiple stab wounds at around 10.30am on Wednesday in the Cape Town property where he had been staying for the past two months.
What can you say, he tried his best.

Possibly he means statistical trends that are similar.

Quite different alright.
That mental image of Montrose being Taken Down by the militant Far Left (however improbable) is now etched on my brain.

It feels like a better time would be for it to be called after abuse of real people as opposed to fictional ones.

They already have a dossier of racist abuse on immigrants built up. Hate Crimes legislation is coming and getting blasphemy out of the constitution was part of that.

And it has to be opposed tooth and nail.

I didn't see it but I have always regarded all drama, news and commentary as propaganda. The truth, if there is a truth to be found, lies somewhere between conflicting assertions.

Will check it out but from the OP's critique it sounds tediously lob-sided.
P.ie in a nutshell.......

I was looking forward to this new drama and thought that the detention centre setting was a good idea. The opening features a Nigerian asylum seeker and her two sons. Then flash forward 8 years and she is still there and her eldest child almost a man. However, no context to the obviously numerous appeals, and what was so bad in her home country, and when was the latest appeal due for determination?

I didn't like the female policeman's treatment of her officer who was assaulted by one of the inmates and then tried to arrest him. The officer had been violently pushed down stairs and could have had bad injuries from that. Surely reasonable to cuff him? The policewoman had the handcuffs taken off him immediately.

I shall watch next week but suspect it will be all propoganda for the open border lot.
This it most certainly isn't ,anyone can leave at any time but then will obviously lose all benefits that are provided there which imo (having worked in them) are far far better than some real detention camps on the continent.

We need some quality and realism in this show. Had anyone thought of getting John Connors to play the part of a Traveller
