#TONIGHT with Vincent Browne (#vinb), Weekly Tuesday 2nd to Thursday 4th August 2016

A current affairs programme from an alternative perspective, focusing on issues of income and inequality,
as well as seeking to hold institutions and powerful people to account.

Well, I hope you all had a nice long weekend with plenty of relaxation, and are looking forward to this week’s three shows.

Now …. What’s to look forward to? Well Ger is listed as the presenter for this week’s three shows, all starting around the 11pm mark. Besides that, not a dickeybird from tv3, so you can chat among yourselves until the show starts, or we get some news.

I think Ger looks at more newsworthy items, if his past shows are anything to go on. Not, unlike other presenters, some show they always wanted to do since the 1940s. :D

Maybe he'll name the 'man in Cork'. :D

Still nothing on twitter. Well, I tell a little lie ... this from the producer ...

I love this stroll on a summer's evening. #Dublin #Clontarf #Poolbeg https://www.instagram.com/p/BInjIdHAZDD/

Why do I get the impression that the #vinb show isn't uppermost in Christina's mind tonight?

Maybe so. The Inbetweeners, a repeat, has just started on E4 and it's likely to be more enlightening than anything Colleran will present.

Monahan is on the run here.

470 Catholic denominated schools in Dublin, only 17 of which are over subscribed.

Monahan claims that the slowness of the divestment programme is the fault of the Catholic Church.
