"Konstantin Kilimnik: elusive Russian with ties to Manafort faces fresh Mueller scrutiny"

"Mueller is investigating Konstantin Kilimnik with assistance from three Kilimnik associates, including Donald Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who mentored Kilimnik as a political operative for pro-Kremlin figures in Ukraine....

"Kilimnik, an elusive 48-year-old, has already been charged by Mueller with witness tampering. His most recent business partner has been charged with illegally funneling $50,000 from a wealthy Ukrainian into Trump’s inauguration fund.

"Kilimnik was also caught up in Manafort’s apparent intentions in 2016 to use his position at Trump’s side to settle multimillion-dollar debts claimed by their ex-client Oleg Deripaska, an oligarch close to Vladimir Putin, the Russian president....."much, much more

Please put Nov. 19th on your calendar; we may have a decision that day.

Case no. 18-3052

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, on its on initiative, issued an order requiring both the DOJ and the Special Counsel to:

"submit a supplemental brief addressing what, if any, effect the November 7, 2018 designation of an acting Attorney General (Whitaker) different from the official who appointed Special Counsel Mueller has on this case. Each party’s brief is to be limited to ten pages and is to be filed and served simultaneously no later than the close of business on Monday, November 19, 2018.

North Korea 16 - Trump 0

"North Korea is carrying on with its ballistic missile program at 16 secret facilities, new satellite images have revealed, undermining President Donald Trump’s boasts that he persuaded the hermit kingdom to abandon its weapons production and work toward denuclearization. The images, reported by The New York Times, show North Korea is continuing to make improvements at more than a dozen launching sites. The development suggests North Korea’s promise to shut down one major test site was an attempted deception...more

So even it the contend of the article were proven, what is the charge to be laid in the indictment. An indictment is a yankie way of describing a criminal charge before a court. What will that charge be?
multiple campaign finance law violations for one, that's serious enough for impeachment (and yes i know it wont happen as the senate wont agree)!

and let not forget all his other idiocy!

OK, so why are we wasting time debating something which can never happen?

CNN is reporting that Trump has returned his (first) set of answers to Mueller's questions and Mueller is reviewing those answers. Cnn believes that this set of questions has none on "collusion", however Mueller might already have all he needs in that area or a 2nd set of questions will be arriving on Trump's desk.

Astounding. Trump has now picked a Twitter fight with Chief Justice Roberts. More will come.

Still POTUS marches on.
Yes, he has a sound Senate Majority from 2019, he will pardon Mullier's victims and end the Mullier investigation. His climate change policies are being supported by riots in France, the southern border is under direct attack proving his policy on the wall was far seeing. The House is controlled by democrats some of whom may flip. Either way, their blocking of the wall will backfire because there is an immediate need so for it. This will give Republicans a boost for 2020, which is only 2 years away.

Its not trickle down. Its the removal of the brakes
