Trump is a beast...he doesn't care if the cost of his publicity is the "brown people" going into the ovens

Issue however is...does the end of stopping Trump, justify any means ?

Once the genie is out of the bottle ... things could get very ugly

How far would be too far by
1) The traditional media
2) the new media
3) Other US Corporations
4) US public servants, especially the spooks and troops
5) Foreign entities

Facebook Employees Asked Mark Zuckerberg If They Should Try to Stop a Donald Trump Presidency
For a developer’s conference, the comments were unprecedented—a signal that the 31-year-old billionaire is quite willing to publicly mix politics and business.
Amazon CEO’s newspaper orders 20-man army to dig up dirt on Trump
Amazon.com CEO Jeff Bezos, who is also a Democratic Party donor and controls a personal investment firm that owns the Washington Post, now has an army of 20 newspaper staffers to scour Donald Trump’s life for any dirt they can find on the presumptive GOP nominee.
Trump is an abomination ... but there is a limit to what lengths people should go to stop him...what is that limit ?

Just to be clear it is the O.P using the term "brown people", not Trump.

On Hannity (Fox) just now, Trump accused Bezos of being motivated by other issues like avoiding anti trust suits in future as Trump is critical of him on that score.

Trump is a latter day Tiberius Gracchus speaking up for the people oppressed by the policies of the Patrician elite as represented by the GOP and Dem Establishment. Hopefully he wont meet the same fate figuratively or literally.

As usual you will only accept the outcome of democracy when it delivers for corporatism.

I am astounded that the American plebians have accepted being stuffed with lies and abuse for this long.

The hollowing out of American society has reached the point that the patricians need to hollow out the rest of the world so that there is a removal of what Chomsky called "the threat of a good example".

Trump might have certain flaws, but Clinton 2.0 will start WW3 to preserve the power, position and priveleges of the richest 0.1%.

That is about as stupid a post as I ever read.

The hysterical assumption that Hillary Clinton would start a nuclear war is just based on rancid ideological hatred, and not on an realistic factual appraisal.

It stinks of a medieval obsession with the Antichrist and the Last Days.

FFS, lads, its just another Presidential election, held every four years, between two candidates, not f*cking Armageddon.

Personally, armageddon outa here.

I doubt that a WW3 (which won't happen, by the way) will preserve the power, position and privileges of the richest 0.1%.

Think about it and let us know your revised conclusions.

I would conclude that the 0.1% would have greater access to whatever was left and greater shelter from whatever was happening than you or i , so his conclusions might not be that illogical

The "brown people and ovens" crap in the OP was enough for me... this is why it's very difficult to have a serious debate on this site.

After a nuclear war there would be nothing left: no infrastructure for *anyone* to benefit. If there is a 0.1% it will be what's left of the population, the super rich would have died along with the 99.99%. And the 0.1% would be scattered throughout the world, a vast empty dead place.

Get real.

One person who believed that was Ronald Reagan.

Which is what drove him into his negotiations that limited nuclear weapons and ended the cold war.

The 1980s research on a "nuclear winter" (more accurately a nuclear autumn) is still relevant. Even a nuclear exchange between India and Pakistan (for example) would put enough dust into the atmosphere to more than reverse global warming, and drop the earth's average temperature by a few degrees fora number of years. The result would be massive disruption to world agriculture and mass starvation.

It is this hysterical atmosphere of approaching Armageddon with a woman President, and we guys know women are prone to hot flushes and strange monthly cycles, that is ridiculous and risible.

If a nuclear exchange blasts dust into the atmosphere, then it is diffuse around the globe and cause temperature drops everywhere.

The notion that the effects of a nuclear exchange could be limited to only a small area of the planet is dangerous nonsense. Even a "small" nuclear war (20 or so firestorms and a few million deaths?) would have enormous consequences.

WW3 is the least worrisome aspect of Clinton 2.0 in the White House. The Clintons are career politicians who appear to have done very, very well financially from being politicians, odd when you consider that POTUS get's paid less than Enda Kenny.

The Clintons have learned how to "sell" politics and another term in the big job is that last thing that international democracy needs.

Trump may not be ideal, but at least he's not a career establishment politician who has turned "public service" into a very lucrative career while corporate America feeds on the citizens.

Not forgetting Obama: responsible for hundreds of thousands of death - at home and abroad - as well as making the US the leading arms dealer.
But because he does it all with a politically-correct smile, he gets a free pass and encouragement from the media and the gullible citizens.
