There will be an post debate show on Tonight with the two and a half Dinnies. Micheal Martin is finally getting a chance to appear on TV along side Mary Lou for the Yes side. Declan Ganley and Theresa Lowe will be on the No side.

It really diminishes Martin to be debating Ganley. Makes him look second tier.

Ganley is a very polished media performer. Flipflop Martin may have his work cut out for him but he may end up dependent on Mary Lou to save him. SF has been doing most of the heavy lifting on this campaign and FF seems to be badly split on the issue.

Well yeah. And you shouldn't be putting yourself into a situation to look on par with an unelectable loser if you want to be taoiseach.

This is a power shift. FF used to be the party of government but the cackhandedness of Martin on this issue is unusual for a leader of FF(excluding the gobshíte Cowen). The dynamics of the Tonight show discussion will be quite interesting, especially if Mary Lou takes the initiative as she did with the Claire Byrne show debate. Martin is the equivalent of an RTE Zelebrity at this stage as he had been turned down by both RTE and TV3 as a panelist for the debates.

The SIPO question is probably going to be asked in order to destroy any credibility O'Gorman has on this topic.
A bit of wishful thinking there!

Both Mullen and O'Gorman are awful for their respective sides so likely to cancel each other out.

Mullen will eradicate any wins Steen may get. COG will turn off a section of voters along with Ganley. Regina has to step up. MMartin will hold his own.

Theoretically. But as this is a last chance for both sides, expect the debate to get nasty quickly. Taking O'Gorman out at the start will be a priority for the No side. Keeping the focus on Mullen will be a priority for the Yes side.

Might actually be fun to watch this one compared to last night. Several potentials for right clangers.

Colm O'Gorman never comes across well.
This isn't the SSM referendum and there's still that SIPO question. The Yes side needed someone to counter Maria Steen and he's not the person for it. Neither is Regina Doherty. They should do some thinking, even at this late stage, and get a smart and photogenic woman.

Ronan Mullen has toned down his act for the referendum but C'O'G is firmly holed up in his Ivory Tower. Will he be challenged on the false claims being made by Amnesty Street campaigners.

Two and a half Dinnies, that's a great quote :)
