TV3 I hear are doing a poll at 5.30 (about ~20 mins from now) - it's unusual for TV3 to poll, and I'm not sure how scientific the polls are compared to ones done by the Irish Times or the Sunday Business Post.

Depends on how the will be modifying the results, and there is no past record to go by as far as i know, but

FF 23%
FG 31%
Lab 28%
Green 3%

I predict it'll be sensationalist and out of kilter with the ones later this weekend.

Hard to know when you dont know the exact questions asked. But Cowen to be mid teens, FF high teens, Lab mid 20s, FG high 20s.

Depends on what the poll is based on?

Let's see, popularity of parties as first preference in GE:

FG 33%
Labour 29%
FF 22%
SF 8%
Independents 6%
Greens 2%

Do we know that it's definitely Lansdowne? And what do we know of how they adjust?

I suspect much the same as the polls were a month ago.

FF were already down to core support.

Maybe a slight increase for FG.

Really?

I'm starting to feel sorry for him. He never wanted the gig in the first place.
I sometimes feel that then I remember that he was in charge of the country's finances when Bertie drove this country into the ground and then defended Bertie while he told ridiculous tales in the tribunals.

From what I saw on 1o'clock news, he was handled well......kept out of trouble.......people shaking hands and laughing and joking with him......being photographed with him.
