Good find, but no surprise from an institution whose last President said he couldn't survive on 300,000 a year.

Indeed and if an individual has problems living in Ireland on €300K per year, you would have to question their general managerial abilities surely!

I wouldn't be surprised if there are some NUI Graduates including a few UCC ones, officially homeless, somewhere in this country!

UCC is paying 3k a month in rent for its President.

3 year lease.

Everyone else pays rent/mortgage out of their salary - why not the president, especially as he probably earns more than everyone else

Seems cheap, given the circumstances. It would take a lot more than three grand a month to secure fine enough accommodations for me to spend ten years in Cork.

Housing is often included in executive benefits. Did this guy have to relocate?
Yes, I think he came from America last year.
