An Ulster Unionist MLA has apologised for appearing to compare migrants trying to cross the Channel with dogs.
Jenny Palmer was replying to a Facebook comment expressing surprise she had not brought a "refugee" home from a Somme commemoration event in France.

"I have 2 dogs don't need anymore thank you lol" she wrote.

Don't worry though, Palmer who recently left the crazies of the DUP for the loons of the UUP said.......wait for it...... that HER own words which SHE typed "do not reflect her own views". Good one, eh?

She has tried to further bullsh!t her way out of it claiming her house was too full to accommodate any refugees, however the conversation shows her up as being a liar as well vile c*nt. The word 'anymore' referring to dogs puts her feeble lies to bed.

The picture of Aylan Kurdi, a three-year-old Syrian boy of Kurdish ethnic background whose image made global headlines after he drowned on 2 September 2015 in the Mediterranean Sea doesn't need posted here on this thread to show his short life is incomparable to a dog.

The shocking video of 5-year-old Omran Daqneesh covered in blood, dazed, doesn't need posted here to disprove this vile woman's attempt to compare the young boy to a dog.

At least 880 people are believed to have drowned in one week in May in a spate of shipwrecks and boat capsizings on the Mediterranean. UNHCR spokesperson William Spindler detailed further:

“Thus far 2016 is proving to be particularly deadly. Some 2,510 lives have been lost so far, compared to 1,855 in the same period in 2015.”

There is a debate to be had in relation to refugees. Comparing them to dogs isn't one of those debates.
Such great compassion Jenny. Well done. Malachi O'Doherty said of her:

“For a politician to show so little sympathy and so little understanding of one of the major crises of our time that she can be that glib about it, I think pretty much disqualifies her from being taking seriously as a politician at all.”

She wouldn't have said that about her ancestors crossing the Irish Sea to get here though.

So she can post her toxic views on Facebook then say they aren't her views and expect us to buy it?
Yeah right.

She's not expecting you to buy it, or me.

Don't vote for her then. Vote for the Shinners, they're nice.
My local SDLP are nice too.
Could you explain why you are deflecting from Palmer's Facebook post?

can you not accept democracy, the people voted brexit that includes keeping these benefit tourists out.
People in the North of Ireland didn't.
More deflection from Palmer's Facebook post about dogs and people fleeing for their lives.
Carry on.

The latest in a long line of racist, xenophobic and bigoted comments from unionism.

Expect absolutely no consequences for this, these spiteful racists are a law unto themselves.

"We can't never have peace 'til you mother************************************s clean up this mess you made..." - Tupac Shakur (Panther Cub).

And that'll never happen when people believe statist propaganda, that people fleeing death and destruction are immigrants.

Palmer apparently believes they're dogs.

Is Palmer a member of the Christian Orange Order by any chance ?
