Beware: Tonight's show is scheduled to start at 22.50!

The Papers will be in the hands of
Gavan Titley

What's Happening?
Well, it's CPII, what else was Vinny likely to talk about. Refreshing lack of the usual faces, apart from the always welcome sight of the fragrant Ms. Lyons.

Highlights of the deal here:

Update on Norm
Norm's mission is to keep a computer drive that has a list of P.ie agents from being used against them by counter-intelligence officers sent by the evil Drummed, fiendish master criminal and rural smallholder. He chases Hitch22 who has it and they have a brawl on top of a train. Gatsby, a glamorous female agent sent to assist Norm has them in her cross hairs but hesitates to take the shot because she might hit Norm but Rus orders her to take it. Which she does and hits Hitch22 who returns fire while also chatting up two Swedish models who happen to have forgotten to put on any clothes this morning.
Will our heros escape? Do we care? Tune in tomorrow when Rus will pretend it was all no problem while still thinking of Swedish girls......

Not to worry. The important part of the post (the adventures of Norm) is quite clear.

One interesting part is the bit where in return for the reduced Sunday Premia they are to pay staff compensation.

Effective from the implementation of the agreement, the Sunday premium will be at the
rate of time and three quarters. Staff who continue to work Sundays on an ongoing and permanent basis will be compensated in the following manner:

Compensation for the loss of premium equivalent to 12 months of the loss calculated
by reference to the period from 1/6/2013 to 31/5/2014 i.e. number of Sundays x
0.25.

Payment will be in two instalments:

‐ 1st Jan 2015, 50% of the compensation
‐ 1st July 2015, 50% of the compensation
Management to reduce the overall number of staff who are rostered to work on Sunday's. Now how's that going to work in hospitals, the fire service, the NAS, or within An Garda Siochana?

They're also planning to reduce the spend on outside consultancy with projected savings being anything from €250m to €600m....so pick a figure!

Jaysus...

Is anyone else sick to death of union heads throwing shapes and talking sh!te and poncing around like they own the f***ing country..?

Politicians, union leaders, bankers, 'establishment' vested interests blah blah blah...

F*** em all is what I say...

Good OP but unfortunately it looks like another VB bore fest...

Niamh Lyons might be eye candy... but she ain't hot enough to endure over an hour of this sh!te... imo

We were told on the news tonight that Bertie and Cowen would just get a cut of €7000,
that still leaving them with about €2700 a week,Kenny will still be getting more than other
prime ministers including Cameron, Reilly wanted to cut young nurses starting off more than that, What does Kenny mean when he tells us this is fair.

I hope he is paying you well for subbing for him and glamorizing his escapades! Swedish models? Are you sure he has not just gone to Ikea to buy furniture for mother?
