Lucey, speaking as a public service person -

Tax take is now at 2003 levels

but public service payroll cost has increased 40 per cent above 2003 levels

He's a man of the people would you believe. He did Leviathon with McWilliams last year and absolutely destroyed Frank Fahey and Dan Boyle.

lucey - IMF not a bad idea

CHRIST
Do you disagree? 'cos i can't see anybody else saving us from ourselves.
The Gov are corrupt, the unions deluded, employment steadily rising, busines's going to the wall and we are still sitting on our hole's like rabbits in a head light.

Great comment by Lucey re the Bonapartes in the Four Courts in fancy dress. No good solutions. IMF are coming and nothing now can change that fact. My guess is January when the spoofers go back to the market.

The notion of the IMF coming in, seems to be gathering credence. We are heading for big trouble.

As Brown doesn't even know what a 'chav' is, is he really fit to present a current affairs programme?

Update - if Browne doesn't even know where the new courts complex is, is he fit to be a barrister?

Whats more galling is the fact that NAMA and the NTMA are tennants of two of the bould johnnie.

People! they hold us in utter contempt.
