The "Saviour" narrative is a well trodden path with dictators, such as Hitler, who claimed to have saved Germany from the Versailles Treaty and unemployment. Also Mussolini, who 'made the trains run on time'. So I wouldnt necessarily be reassured by that argument.
You can add to your list Pilsudsky, Ataturk, Mannerheim
Strong leadership by default is more efficient than democracy but relies too much on personality

"Personality", in his form of dictator democracy, the application is Putin kicks the shit out any opposition at every opportunity and makes it very difficult even for them to register, if these fail, simply have them erased, forever.

Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu may be many things, but stupid isn't one of them.

Netanyahu has been saving Israel from Iranians and Palestinians for the whole of his political career! His whole shtick is as a "saviour". It is also an excuse for tolerance of his corruption. His speciality is chipping away at Israel's democracy to buy off Israel's own religious extremists.

For the beginning, US puppets sometimes called "Russian liberal opposition" have to learn that they are not democrats in US

And on it continues, Putin kicks hell out of Russian protestors, everyone knows a severe hiding awaits anyone arrested prior to release and guaranteed administration problems about their accommodation and job status perhaps their UNI place for students.

Levada centre poll finds 37% of Moscovites support the protests, with 27% viewing them negatively. Levada are pretty much the only polling company there that the government doesn't own. Vtsiom is state-owned.

The government threatened to declare Levada a "foreign agent" years ago but didn't go ahead with it.

Yes - it did
Because Levada is getting most of the money from NATO sources for their biased polls since 2017 it has been declared as a foreign agent

Of course its perfectly safe to fundraise inside Russia for independent polls in Putin's dictatorship. And in Sisi's Egypt too.

FSB lad goes into Putin every day looking for things to be banned, Putin is one of them, true blue FSB, so he signs it off, it is that simple.

Easy - Trump get elected.
According to liberal media together with Mueller, dozen of trolls will be enough
Putin knows about efficiency more than any CEO - whole Brexit cost to Russia 73 cents
And what is the reason to pay big bucks for the poll, which nobody will read?

The biggest mystery for me where Putin can find so much time to be responsible for every mess in the West

There's no law against it. There is a Foreign Agents Registration Act but it only applies to lobbyists and unlike the Russian version, your NGO can't be closed down for it.

Putin's Justice Ministry even tried to get Memorial (the group that records Stalin's attrocities) closed down as a "Foreign Agent".

Russia is more liberal country that USA and being "Foreign Agent" doesn't mean closing down. For example, Levada is still working and the only difference from before they have to inform on their web site that they are a "foreign agent", so nobody in Russia will take them seriously
