Having a similar ding dong with the Energy Regulator and Ryan (& the Greens)

Under guidelines for state directors, any decision making body has to have an appeals procedure.

If a customer makes a complaint against an energy company it is dealt with by the customer care team who then make a decision.

To appeal this decision you have to write to the customer care team who will review the file.

So in effect your appeal is heard by the same people who made the decision.

And some of those decisions include endorsing illegal activity on the part of energy companies.

But of course Ryan is satisfied and non of the Greens will answer any question regarding the energy regulator.
