The advent of political policing by having a 50-50% mandatory recruitment policy has failed.

Here is a prime example of a PSNI officer dealing drugs, and guess what community he comes from?

At least in the past undesirables had a lot more difficulty getting into the RUC.

You're wrong on this one dog.

Some of the best officers out there are Catholics. In general they take a lot less crap than the prods.

The 50:50 policy ended some years ago.

Only 2 campaigns ago.

It is right that it is gone as you want the best people regardless of religion. It seems to have paved the way for many more Catholic recruits and does away with any questions of their quality.

Quit being the silly billyboy DT, in a deeply divided society such as the sick counties and the divided kingdom equality is paramount for society to flourish and heal old sores.

I thought civilised folk accepted that.:D

Undesirable Prods seem to have had no difficulty getting into the RUC. I think that no Northern Ireland Prod should be allowed into the PSNI.
But Glensham,
you know undesirable tea-eggs are the norm.

Can't be much fun for a Prod to be arrested by a Catholic. How bloody well dare they. LOL.

What province are Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan in?

Oh look, Orangeman calls Catholics undesirables.
Was Ronan Kerr undesirable?
Hit yourself a couple of slaps, the days of an 89% Protestant, 100% unionist police force are in the dustbin of history.
If you want to start troll threads, try a subject that doesn't expose you anti Catholic bigotry.

You must be ecstatic when the Catholic PSNI officers are killed on duty.

In your words, they were undesirables., so of course naturally you're delighted.

People are not wrong about members of the Orange Order.

In fairness, DT pulled him up on it on the very first post.
