Myanmar Rohingya crisis: Deal to allow return of Muslim refugees - BBC News

Bangladesh has signed a deal with Myanmar to return hundreds of thousands of Rohingya Muslims who fled a recent army crackdown.

A statement from the Bangladesh foreign ministry said displaced people could begin to return within two months.

The two sides say they are working on the details. The crisis has been called ethnic cleansing by the UN and the US.

Aid agencies have raised concerns about the forcible return of the Rohingya unless their safety can be guaranteed.
Bangladesh wants to show its population that the Rohingya will not be permanent residents - it was already hosting about 400,000 before the latest influx.
The Rohingya and the Bangladeshi people are mostly Muslims. There is a concept in Islam that there is a community of groups of Muslims - the Ummah.

So why do Bangladeshi Muslims hate their Rohingya co-religionists?

Poor attempt at victim shaming by the OP is all this is.
The Rohingya would be allowed to stay there if the Bangladeshi population didn't hate them. After all, the Bangladeshis are mostly Muslims . Aren't Muslims suppose to stick together, i.e. the concept of the ummah?

You would be better addressing a similar question at Arabia. Why do they work so hard to kill fellow Muslims?

Bangladesh has a huge population already, many of the Rohingya are actually Bangladeshi migrants.

Jayses -get them out fast.
Having lived in both Northern Ireland and England I can tell you that there is a lot of similarities between the more repulsive type of Sunni Muslim and the likes of "between the bridges" at home.

Because this isn't about the Sunni-Shia divide.
They are examples of muslim groups who utterly despise each other so why should the fact they are muslims make any difference when you have different groups of muslims fighting and killing each other.
