Honohan never said that the decision to Guarantee the entire Banking System was the right decision.

He actually said that after the decision was made the Government acted as well as they could ( short hand )

He clearly disagreed with the decision to put the blanket guarantee in place.

Does Mr Honahan have the balls to disagree with the stories spun ?

A reference to the Irish Banking Federation in the Honahan Report was purged from the text before printing. Could an FOI extract whatever it was?

A huge amount of our difficulties arose from the night of September 30, 2008 when we had two people out of their depth deciding what to do :(

Now have you noticed that they are trying to deflect away from that decision :( by believe it or not saying Honohan agreed ( he did not ) and that the major problem is not the banks :) :) :) but our annual exchequer deficit which has nothing to do with Fianna FAIL but the global downturn.

You couldn`t make it up..........................ooooooooo yes you could

Clearly no. His integrity is seriously called into question. Is he a patriot or a FF lackey ?

BIFFO said in Dail again today that Honohan supported "the" guarantee given. Clearly not correct in my opinion.

FF lie because they're incapable of doing anything else. It's a reflex action with them.
