Why on earth is it that loyalism doesn't realise that their appalling image internationally is on track to snuff out their traditions?

The link between nationalists jihadists and drugs has been long established...

THE case of the "Bogota Three" is not the first time the Provisional IRA have been linked to Colombia or the lucrative drugs trade that Irish republicans vehemently condemn in public.

During last year's trial of three IRA members in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, details emerged of a huge arms cache in Colombia that the Provisional leadership wanted to transport to Ireland in 1999.

Although very few IRA members are directly involved in drug dealing in Northern Ireland, RUC and Army intelligence officers state that the organisation "licenses" drug dealers in nationalist areas and takes a portion of their profits.

In 1996, police traced telephone calls from the IRA members who bombed Manchester city centre to the Co Monaghan home of a man who was later convicted of manufacturing ecstasy tablets for a Dublin gang.

In north Belfast, known paramilitary gangs include the UDA, the INLA, Action Against Drugs (AAD), New IRA and the a breakaway faction from Óglaigh na hÉireann known as the Irish Republican Brotherhood (IRB) - understood to have later been rebranded the Irish Republican Movement.

The interconnectedness of these groups is manifested in many ways, not least some gangs extorting others, for example cannabis `farms' forced to pay `tax' to local crime lords for the right to operate in their area.

So while the gangs, themselves are distinct, their spheres of influence can overlap through co-operation or subordination.

"When it goes down to street and local level, paramilitary organisation will seek to make their presence felt," he said, although not along the traditional sectarian lines.

"I've seen plenty of evidence to suggest ideological persuasion comes a distant second to making profit. They'll work with anybody."

The white trash you look up to, the English government, fought 2 wars on behalf of drug traffickers from 1839 to 1842 - and 1856 to 1860.

England is notorious for gunrunning and drug dealing - spreading misery around the world.

A fat American alcoholic.

Good you kept some of your heritage.

Are you ginger?
Even if he is Irish and lives in America - he has more right to speak for Ireland than you Unionist foreigners.

You Unionists should mind your own business - we Irish are writing about our country Ireland, which has NOTHING to do with you foreigners - other than you Unionists are squatting on Irish land that you stole from us Irish people.
