As Labour have avoided putting forward detailed costed proposals that will lead to a reduction in the deficit to meet the requirements will this be a major issue as they will only have 2 months to get them done, out there and reviewed and the domestic and international press will be monitoring them extremely closely....

Combine this with Burton going up against Noonan/Bruton will it be good for FG and bad for Labour and slow down their increases in support?????

Given that Labour put forward a Mickey Mouse budget last year that was eviscerated by economists, I'm not too optimistic

They seem to have avoided giving us figures like the plague.

If they produce some will the civil service unions still be happy to have Joan Burton marching with them, so don't expect any from them soon.

Seeing that Lenny still hasn't come up with his "four year plan", they can't be any worse.
