Lenihan to deliver Budget in Dil - RT News
Meanwhile, Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin has said that Fianna Fáil - if in opposition after the next General Election - would support any government that implemented the four year National recovery plan announced by Mr Lenihan two weeks ago.
quote from Micky Martin - most likely next leader of FF - that in opposition FF would support any government implementing 4 year plan. One would like to assume that changes to the plan but maintaining the overall all direction would be tolerated.

Can't hurt FG in negotiating program for government with Labour.

The Scorpion and the Frog

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the
scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The
frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion
says, "Because if I do, I will die too."

The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream,
the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of
paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown,
but has just enough time to gasp "Why?"

Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature..."
